The City of Lancaster, PA will be hosting a PUBLIC MEETING to review its Draft Substantial Amendments to its Combined 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan, 2022 Annual Action Plan, 2023 Annual Action Plan, and 2024 Annual Action Plan which details how the City plans to reallocate Fiscal Years (FY) 2021-2024 entitlement funding received from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The purpose of this meeting is to facilitate and promote public feedback and participation in the City’s planning processes.  Specifically, this meeting will present how the City intends to reallocate unutilized Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement funding.
