Culliton Park Renovations
Construction is slated to begin in early February and will go for 8 to 9 months, with a projected ending date of November 30, 2020. This is subject to change.
What to Expect
The park will be inaccessible during the 2020 season. The parking lot will not be available for use. With weather cooperation, the pool and sprayground will open in June and be used by Lancaster Rec as it has in years past. The rest of the park will be under construction through the fall.
Construction noise and activity should be expected during normal business hours, generally 7 a.m. to to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. While the majority of the work will occur in the park, which is now fenced in, there will be work on sidewalks and streets along the park that will require some occasional parking restrictions, sidewalk closures, and travel delays.
