On November 5th Lancaster City voters will decide whether to adopt a Home Rule Charter for the City of Lancaster. At this two-part session, you’ll hear from the Home Rule Study Commission about what is in the proposed Home Rule Charter, then you’ll hear from Mayor Sorace about what the Home Rule Charter means for taxation, city services, and more. Each of the five events will present the same information.
