The Lancaster City Welcome Initiative is a formal, grant-funded community planning project designed to collaboratively develop the city’s first official tourism master plan. Come be part of the process at the community validation sessions on July 8 & 9!

The community validation sessions are an opportunity for the Lancaster community to help shape the plan. We’ve gathered thousands of surveys with feedback on what Lancaster wants from this plan, and these sessions are a time to make sure we get it right.

Join either session:
July 8 at 5:30 pm at The Mix, 520 North Street (*update*)
July 9 at 6 pm at the Ware Center, 42 N Prince Street
