100 Block of North Prince Street to be Closed Temporarily for Construction

The 100 block of N. Prince St. between W. Chestnut St. and W. Orange St. will be closed from 7 p.m. on Feb. 21 until 6 a.m. Feb. 24. Wohlsen Construction and subcontractors for the 118 N. Prince St. Apartments Project will be closing the 100 block of N. Prince St. for utility work.

Traffic will be detoured via Chestnut St., Duke St. and Orange St. with flaggers onsite to direct vehicle traffic around the site. During this time the Prince Street Garage will be accessible for entry only via the Orange Street entrance. The Prince Street Garage exit will remain open during this closure. Prince Street sidewalks will remain open during this closure.

The 118 N. Prince St. Apartment Construction Project began in September 2024 and is tentatively slated for completion in Fall 2025.
