The City of Lancaster Office of Public Art, in collaboration with the Bench Mark Program, SoWe, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and South Central PaARTners, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a mural project at the Bench Mark Program building located at 102 S. Prince St.
The selected artist will have the unique opportunity to engage in a 20-day residency sponsored by South Central PaARTners. This residency will include mural development, painting, and interactive sessions with students from the Bench Mark Program.
Artists interested in this opportunity are invited to submit their qualifications by May 6. Finalists will be selected and notified by May 17. The selected artist will be notified by May 31.
