Year-End Online Bill Payment Notice

Online bill payments will be unavailable starting Friday, December 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. to facilitate year-end financial processing. Online bill payments will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

The Treasury Office will also close on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

2023 City Property Tax payments must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2023. There are also two overnight drop boxes available; one in the lobby of the Police Station beside the ATM machine and another located at the end of the drive thru on the back deck of the Police Station at 39 W. Chestnut Street. Online payments will be accepted on January 2, 2024, for 2023 taxes. No payments will be accepted after January 2, 2024.
