The Home Rule Study Commission of the City of Lancaster will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Nelson M. Polite Sr. Council Chambers, Lancaster City Hall, 120 North Duke Street, for the purposes of presenting the preliminary report and findings of the commission, presenting the preliminary draft of the charter for the City of Lancaster to be considered by the commission for placement before the voters by referendum, and to hear testimony regarding the same.
