The City of Lancaster Bureau of Fire & the Redevelopment Authority (RACL) have partnered so the Fire Bureau can conduct non-destructive training exercises on the exterior and roof of RACL properties.
In an effort to alert neighbors, flyers will be placed a neighboring properties and signs will be posted at the RACL properties for further awareness. Currently, this will occur at two RACL properties: 30 Caroline Street and 506 Beaver Street. Neighbors should anticipate seeing fire trucks, temporary traffic disruptions (no longer than one hour), firefighters with equipment, and minor noise.
Residents may contact Deputy Chief DeLong at 717-740-0588 with any questions. Thank you for your cooperation as we train to best serve Lancaster residents.
