Tina Campbell has been appointed as the new Director of Administrative Services, the Mayor’s Office announced today. With over a decade of distinguished executive experience in both financial and not-for-profit institutions, Campbell brings a wealth of expertise in operations and finance to her new role.
Campbell’s impressive career spans various high-level executive positions where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics. In her most recent role as the Community Fund Development Manager with the City, Campbell has displayed a remarkable ability to drive results. During her 18-month tenure, she has achieved a 100% increase in grants under management. Her strategic insight and dedication have not only propelled key initiatives forward but have also unearthed innovative pathways for efficiency enhancement, effectively expanding the City’s initiatives while optimizing expenditures.
Before joining the City of Lancaster, Campbell served as the CEO of Lancaster-based, small business development non-profit, ASSETS.

Campbell’s appointment is subject to City Council approval. She will be introduced to Council at the Sept. 5 committee meeting. Council will vote on Campbell’s appointment at the Sept. 12 regular meeting.
